1. Pranimi i kushteve

Këto kushte rregullojnë përdorimin e aplikacionit Pjata: Kalori & Proteina („Pjata”), që ofrohet nga Usorokh Paius, Turan Ave., Astana Z05G9C4, Kazakistan („ne”). Kur shkarkon ose përdor Pjatën, pranon këto kushte dhe Politikën e privatësisë. Nëse nuk i pranon, mos e përdor aplikacionin.

2. Marrëveshja standarde e Apple

Aplikacioni licencohet përmes App Store sipas Marrëveshjes standarde të licencës për përdoruesin fundor të Apple (EULA). Këto kushte e plotësojnë atë marrëveshje. Kur ka mospërputhje për licencën e aplikacionit, zbatohet EULA e Apple. Apple nuk është palë në këto kushte dhe nuk mban përgjegjësi për aplikacionin ose për përmbajtjen e tij.

3. Çfarë bën Pjata

Pjata të ndihmon të regjistrosh vaktet dhe të ndjekësh kaloritë dhe proteinat. Aplikacioni llogarit objektiva ditorë nga profili yt, ka një bazë me ushqime shqiptare dhe të përditshme, skanim me foto, skanim barkodi, ditar peshe dhe kujtesa për vaktet. Nuk ka llogari. Të dhënat e tua ruhen në pajisjen tënde.

4. Nuk është këshillë mjekësore

• Pjata nuk është pajisje mjekësore dhe nuk jep këshilla mjekësore, diagnoza ose trajtime.
• Objektivat, kaloritë, proteinat dhe vlerësimet nga fotoja janë përafërsi. Vlerat ushqyese mund të ndryshojnë sipas recetës, përbërësve dhe madhësisë së porcionit.
• Pjata nuk është për persona nën 16 vjeç. Nëse je shtatzënë, po ushqen me gji, ke ose ke pasur çrregullim të të ngrënit, ose ke një sëmundje, konsultohu me mjekun para se të ndjekësh një objektiv kalorish.
• Aplikacioni nuk vendos objektiv më të ulët se 1.200 kcal në ditë për gratë dhe 1.500 kcal në ditë për burrat.
• Nëse ndihesh keq, ndalo dhe kërko ndihmë mjekësore.

5. Pjata Plus

Pjata Plus është abonim me rinovim automatik. Aplikacioni përdoret vetëm me një abonim aktiv ose gjatë provës falas. Abonimi hap të gjitha veçoritë: bazën e ushqimeve, ditarin, skanimet me foto (me përdorim të arsyeshëm deri në 25 skanime në ditë), skanimin e barkodit, objektivat për kalori dhe të gjitha makrot, ditarin dhe grafikun e peshës.

• Planet: 3,99 USD në muaj ose 19,99 USD në vit. Plani vjetor fillon me 7 ditë provë falas. Çmimi përfundimtar në monedhën tënde shfaqet në App Store para blerjes.
• Pagesa tarifohet në llogarinë tënde Apple ID kur konfirmon blerjen. Te plani vjetor me provë falas, pagesa e parë tarifohet kur mbaron prova.
• Prova falas kthehet automatikisht në abonim vjetor me pagesë, përveç nëse e anulon të paktën 24 orë para se të mbarojë.
• Abonimi rinovohet automatikisht për të njëjtën periudhë dhe me të njëjtin çmim, përveç nëse e anulon të paktën 24 orë para përfundimit të periudhës aktuale. Llogaria tarifohet për rinovimin brenda 24 orëve para përfundimit të periudhës.
• Abonimin e menaxhon dhe e anulon te Settings (Cilësimet) > [emri yt] > Subscriptions (Abonimet) në iPhone. Anulimi hyn në fuqi në fund të periudhës së paguar.
• Pjesa e papërdorur e provës falas humbet kur blen një abonim.
• Rimbursimet i trajton Apple sipas rregullave të App Store. Ne nuk mund të bëjmë rimbursime vetë.

6. Skanimi me foto dhe barkodi

Skanimi me foto përdor inteligjencë artificiale për të vlerësuar ushqimet dhe gramët. Vlerësimi mund të jetë i gabuar, prandaj kontrolloje para se ta shtosh në ditar. Kufiri ditor i skanimeve mbron serverin nga abuzimi.

Të dhënat e barkodit vijnë nga Open Food Facts, një bazë e hapur që e plotësojnë vullnetarët. Ato mund të jenë të paplota ose të gabuara. Të dhënat e Open Food Facts janë të disponueshme sipas licencës Open Database License (ODbL).

7. Përdorimi i lejuar

Mos e përdor Pjatën për qëllime të paligjshme. Mos ngarko fotografi me persona, dokumente ose përmbajtje të paligjshme. Mos provo të anashkalosh kufijtë e skanimit, të ngarkosh serverin tonë në mënyrë automatike ose ta zbërthesh aplikacionin, përveç kur ligji ta lejon.

8. Pronësia intelektuale

Aplikacioni, baza e ushqimeve, emri Pjata dhe dizajni janë pronë e Usorokh Paius ose e licencuesve. Ty të jepet vetëm licenca e përdorimit që përshkruan EULA e Apple.

9. Kufizimi i përgjegjësisë

Pjata ofrohet „siç është” dhe „siç disponohet”. Ne nuk garantojmë që vlerat ushqyese, objektivat ose vlerësimet nga fotoja janë të sakta ose që shërbimi funksionon pa ndërprerje. Për aq sa e lejon ligji, ne nuk mbajmë përgjegjësi për dëme të tërthorta, të rastësishme ose pasuese, as për dëme shëndetësore që vijnë nga vendimet për ushqimin e bazuara në aplikacion. Përgjegjësia jonë totale nuk kalon shumën që ke paguar për Pjata Plus në 12 muajt para ngjarjes. Asgjë në këto kushte nuk kufizon të drejtat që të jep ligji i detyrueshëm për mbrojtjen e konsumatorit.

10. Të dhënat e tua

Të dhënat ruhen në pajisjen tënde dhe ti je përgjegjës për to. Nëse fshin aplikacionin ose përdor „Fshi të gjitha të dhënat”, ne nuk mund t’i rikthejmë.

11. Ndryshimet dhe ndërprerja

Mund t’i ndryshojmë këto kushte ose veçoritë e aplikacionit. Versionin e ri e publikojmë në këtë faqe me datën e re. Nëse vazhdon ta përdorësh Pjatën pas ndryshimit, pranon kushtet e reja. Mund ta ndalosh përdorimin në çdo kohë kur fshin aplikacionin dhe anulon abonimin.

12. Ligji i zbatueshëm

Këto kushte rregullohen nga ligji i Kazakistanit. Nëse je konsumator, ruan edhe mbrojtjen që të jep ligji i detyrueshëm i vendit ku jeton.

Terms of Use

Effective 30 September 2026

1. Acceptance

These terms govern your use of the app Pjata: Kalori & Proteina ("Pjata"), provided by Usorokh Paius, Turan Ave., Astana Z05G9C4, Kazakhstan ("we"). When you download or use Pjata, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

2. Apple Standard EULA

The app is licensed through the App Store under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). These terms supplement that agreement. Where they conflict on the licence of the app, the Apple Standard EULA governs. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its content.

3. What Pjata does

Pjata helps you log meals and track calories and protein. The app calculates daily targets from your profile, has a database of Albanian and everyday foods, photo scan, barcode scan, a weight log and meal reminders. There is no account. Your data is stored on your device.

4. Not medical advice

• Pjata is not a medical device and does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
• Targets, calories, protein and photo estimates are approximations. Nutrition values vary with the recipe, ingredients and portion size.
• Pjata is not for people under 16. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have or have had an eating disorder, or have a medical condition, talk to a doctor before you follow a calorie target.
• The app does not set a target below 1,200 kcal per day for women or 1,500 kcal per day for men.
• If you feel unwell, stop and get medical help.

5. Pjata Plus

Pjata Plus is an auto-renewing subscription. The app works only with an active subscription or during the free trial. The subscription unlocks all features: the food database, the diary, photo scans (fair use up to 25 scans per day), barcode scan, calorie and all macro targets, and the weight log and chart.

• Plans: USD 3.99 per month or USD 19.99 per year. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. The final price in your currency is shown in the App Store before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. For the yearly plan with a free trial, the first payment is charged when the trial ends.
• The free trial converts automatically to a paid yearly subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• Manage and cancel the subscription in iPhone Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Apple handles refunds under App Store rules. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.

6. Photo scan and barcode

Photo scan uses artificial intelligence to estimate foods and grams. The estimate can be wrong, so check it before you add it to your log. The daily scan limit protects the server from abuse.

Barcode data comes from Open Food Facts, an open database built by volunteers. It can be incomplete or wrong. Open Food Facts data is available under the Open Database License (ODbL).

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Pjata for illegal purposes. Do not upload photos of people, documents or illegal content. Do not try to bypass scan limits, load our server with automated requests, or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.

8. Intellectual property

The app, the food database, the name Pjata and the design belong to Usorokh Paius or the licensors. You receive only the licence of use described in the Apple Standard EULA.

9. Limitation of liability

Pjata is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that nutrition values, targets or photo estimates are accurate or that the service works without interruption. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for health outcomes from food decisions based on the app. Our total liability does not exceed the amount you paid for Pjata Plus in the 12 months before the event. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection law.

10. Your data

Your data is stored on your device and you are responsible for it. If you delete the app or use "Fshi të gjitha të dhënat" (Delete all data), we cannot restore it.

11. Changes and termination

We may change these terms or the app's features. We publish the new version on this page with a new date. If you continue to use Pjata after a change, you accept the new terms. You can stop at any time when you delete the app and cancel the subscription.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Kazakhstan. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
